Meatkutter™ Premium

Starrett Meatkutter™ Premium band saw blades with hardened ground teeth have state-of-the-art tooth geometry and excel in fresh, frozen, bone-in and boneless applications. The blades feature polished high carbon steel and hardened, ground teeth, and a hardened back. The blade is laser-etched for easy identification and traceability, guaranteeing product quality and satisfaction. Meatkutter™ Premium blades are USDA approved and provide accurate, balanced, and sharp cuts with less effort, as well as fast, smooth and clean cuts with less waste for clean and sanitary operation.

Meatkutter™ Stainless (MKS)

Starrett Meatkutter™ Stainless band saw blades feature stainless steel AISI 420 and ground teeth. The stainless blades are rust-proof, an important feature for meeting cleanliness and sanitation requirements. Meatkutter™ Stainless blades are USDA approved, and provide accurate, balanced, and sharp cuts for faster cutting action with less kerf loss per cut. The blades are laser-etched for easy identification and traceability, guaranteeing product quality and satisfaction. Polished high carbon steel and hardened, ground teeth. The back is hardened and the blade is laser-etched for easy identification. The stainless blades are rust-proof, an important feature for meeting cleanliness and sanitation requirements. Band Knives in Carbon and Stainless Steel are also available

Meatkutter™ Frozen (MKF)

Starrett Meatkutter™ Frozen band saw blades are USDA approved and feature polished high carbon steel and hardened, ground teeth. The blades are laser-etched for easy identification and traceability, guaranteeing product quality and satisfaction. Offering excellent cutting precision, the blades provide accurate, balanced, and sharp cuts for faster cutting action with less kerf loss per cut. The blades will cut fish down to -4˚F (-20˚C). A variety of widths and teeth pitch are available.

Meatkutter™ Frozen Bi-Metal (MKB)

Starrett Meatkutter™ Frozen Bi-Metal band saw blades are USDA approved and feature bi-metal high-speed steel with a hardened back and teeth for seafood processing. The blades offer fast, clean cutting in frozen fish to temperatures of -76° F (-60° C). Meatkutter™ Frozen Bi-Metal blades provide greater durability compared to conventional blades.

Starrett Skinner Saw Blades

Starrett Skinner Saw Blades are USDA certified to meet quality standards, producing fast, smooth and clean cuts when skinning fish. A special alloy stainless steel blade construction and heat treatment keep blades sharp, resulting in longer life and increased performance. For easy origin identification and traceability, the Skinner blades are laser-engraved and available in three chamfer types: no chamfer, left or right chamfer in a wide variety sizes and lengths. Currently, Skinner Blades are produced in two main width and thicknesses, .8" width x 0.04" thickness (20 mm x 1.0 mm) and 0.87" width x 0.03" thickness (22 mm x 0.70 mm).

Stainless Steel Reciprocating Saw Blades

Starrett Stainless Steel Reciprocating Saw Blades are non-corrosive with high rust-proofing properties which maximize food safety while enabling fast, accurate cuts by fish processors. The new AISI 420 stainless steel recips feature precision ground teeth for durability, ideal for cutting fresh or frozen fish (with or without bones) and cutting ice blocks. The recips are offered in 12" length x 3/4" width x .050" thickness (305 mm x 19 mm x 1.3 mm) size blades in both 3 and 6 TPI.
