Following are the Finalists vying for the title of “Best New Retail Product” and “Best New Foodservice Product” at the New Product Competition taking place at the 2009 International Boston Seafood Show! These products were selected from nearly 70 products entered in the prestigious competition that honors the best in seafood innovation.
