ICCAT now needs to get their act together and cut the eastern atlantic/med quota or else we'll have the all quotas cut for us.This is a great decision for US bluefin fishermen who have been playing by the rules for years.
A bigger question is how did these NGOs become the major US foreign policy maker? It seems like the Obama administration has handed over the reigns of our foreign policy decisions to Pew and Oceana,
